Ahead of the scholar nomination period for the 2026 S-STEM Scholars & PI Meeting, we will be hosting an information session for PIs to learn more about this year’s timeline and ask any questions you may have.

We will accept scholar nominations for the 2026 S-STEM Scholars Meeting March 2-31. Space for attendance is limited. Thus, we have a scholar nomination and selection process. Only scholars who have been selected to participate will be permitted to attend the meeting.
Each unique S-STEM award number may nominate up to ten scholars for consideration to participate in this year’s meeting. Please enter information for student nominees who should receive most consideration for attendance at the top of the submission form.
