Description: Faculty interactions outside of the classroom refer to the various formal and informal engagements between professors and students that occur beyond scheduled class time, such as office hours, research collaborations, casual conversations, and mentoring relationships, which often contribute significantly to students’ academic development, career preparation, and overall college experience.

To locate the additional databases, go to the “Resources” page on the REC website and click on the “Evidence-Based Practices” Resource Type on the side bar. You can browse through the list of EBPs relevant to your project.
