The purpose of the S-STEM REC’s Programmatic Deep Dive series is to build the capacity of S-STEM awardees by identifying unmet knowledge needs or barriers to success and by creating resources to help address those needs or remove those barriers. In its second report, the S-STEM REC focused on effective practices for helping S-STEM scholars prepare and transition into the workforce and resources for S-STEM program staff and scholars.
