Deborah Hackett

Deborah Hackett currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist on the Outreach and Targeted   Recruitment Team at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Ms. Hackett began her career at the NRC in 2001, as a Human Resources Specialist in the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO).  Since then, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility that were focused on strategic human capital planning and corporate support in OCHCO, the Office of New Reactors, and the Office of Nuclear   Reactor Regulation.  In 2019 she returned to OCHCO to lead the recruitment effort for the agency’s student intern and recent graduate programs. Ms. Hackett received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from Marshall University.
