Dr. Dorian Davis is a dedicated STEM advocate and champion for diversity and equity in education. With leadership and engineering roles across the private sector, non-profits, government, higher education, and federal agencies, she brings a wealth of experience to her mission of strengthening STEM communities. Her international work in Canada, Germany, and Mexico has deepened her commitment to fostering inclusive practices that celebrate individual differences.
Dr. Davis holds a PhD and BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Currently, she serves as a Science Analyst at the National Science Foundation, and she is the Founder and President of Walker Davis Consulting Group, focusing on STEM and higher education consulting.
In her personal time, Dr. Davis enjoys mentoring, STEM advocacy, live theater, music events, and exploring new cities and countries.
