Dr. Juan M. Cruz Bohorquez is an assistant professor of Engineering Education at Rowan University. His research aims to understand change in academia using a systems perspective. Particularly how the system influences both faculty motivation to change and students to persist. Through his collaborative grants, he has obtained more than $4M to fund projects in these areas.
