Dr. Rachel Funk (she/her) is a research scientist for the Center for Science, Mathematics, and Computer Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her role she coordinates the NSF-Funded S-STEM Project STEM CONNECT. Her main research interest focuses on student partnerships in STEM as a mechanism to support the experiences of low income and underrepresented students. She is also interested in understanding the experiences of STEM instructors to support targeted professional development efforts.
