The S-STEM REC is excited to invite you to join us for an S-STEM Scholars Community Workshop: From the Lab to LinkedIn: Sharing Research and Building Connections on September 24 at 3:30 p.m. ET. Guest speaker Rachel Barber, Social Media Manager at the American Association for the Advancement of Science, will facilitate a workshop designed to equip participants with the skills to develop a better understanding of their professional brand and best practices for engaging on social media during and/or after professional meetings. This workshop will focus on helping students and early-career professionals feel more confident and prepared to effectively utilize social media and build professional networks.
This workshop will be especially helpful to S-STEM Scholars who will be attending the 2026 S-STEM Scholars & PI Meeting.
