Academic Advising EBP Repository

Description: Academic advising in higher education refers to the guidance and support provided by advisors to help students navigate their academic pathways, make informed decisions, and achieve their educational goals. The effectiveness of academic advising is often measured by student satisfaction surveys using Likert-type scales, which assess students’ perspectives on their advising experiences, the quality of advisor interactions, and the impact on their academic progress and satisfaction.

The REC website now houses a database of measures/tools and instruments for Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs).

To locate the additional databases, go to the “Resources” page on the REC website and click on the “Evidence-Based Practices” Resource Type on the side bar. You can browse through the list of EBPs relevant to your project.
