The purpose of the S-STEM REC’s Programmatic Deep Dive series is to build the capacity of S-STEM awardees by identifying unmet knowledge needs or barriers to success and by creating resources to help address those needs or remove those barriers. This third AAAS S-STEM REC Deep Dive Report contains information on focuses on sharing effective practices, S-STEM principal investigator insights, and recommendations for S-STEM projects when recruiting scholars into their projects.
