Developing a strong professional identity in these fields increases persistence and success in STEM programs. It involves skill acquisition and internalizing the values, practices, and culture of the engineering and computer science communities.
The REC website now houses a database of measures/tools and instruments for Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs).
To locate the additional databases, go to the “Resources” page on the REC website and click on the “Evidence-Based Practices” Resource Type on the side bar. You can browse through the list of EBPs relevant to your project.
