Family Engagement in Higher Education EBP Repository

Description: Family engagement in higher education refers to the active involvement and support of parents and family members in a college student’s academic journey, including their aspirations, participation in university activities, and engagement with the institution. This engagement can positively influence students’ autonomy development, satisfaction, and overall success, and is often measured through surveys assessing family aspirations, involvement, and the quality of family-university relationships.

The REC website now houses a database of measures/tools and instruments for Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs).

To locate the additional databases, go to the “Resources” page on the REC website and click on the “Evidence-Based Practices” Resource Type on the side bar. You can browse through the list of EBPs relevant to your project.
