Our invited speaker, Dr. Gloria Crisp, discussed the psychometric properties of the survey she developed as part of her dissertation thesis in 2009. She also discussed developments with the survey and the research since then. Dr. Crisp also presented the practicalities of applying the survey and how research generated from the application of CSMS has resulted in changes to students and their institutions.
